CIS supports clients with anywhere from 20 to over 1500 locations distributed throughout the continental U.S., Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada—including retail, restaurant, c-store, hospitality, finance, retail-medical, and other verticals. Opportunity Fit: 50 Locations and Above. We primarily work with 200–3000+ location opportunities. A partner to provide a knowledge base during the sales process. A need for Network Engineers familiar with VoIP, SD-WAN, security, and other technology platforms. Managed Services, analytics, and reporting. Clients who are transitioning phone systems to VoIP and UCaaS. Customer wants development and API integrations. A demand for Project Managers to deploy and install SD-WAN, transports, circuits, or hybrid networks in a timely manner. Requires access to certified field technicians to do on-site installations. Day 2 Support with 24/7/365 Proactive Monitoring + Management. A single pane of glass for the customer to view ALL of their assets and network orchestrators in one place.
